Following the very positive response at last year’s event, ESPROS returned to exhibit at the 2018 AutoSens Automotive Sensor and Perception Conference & Exhibition, held in Brussels in September. ESPROS showcased its next-generation pulsed Time of Flight sensors for autonomous driving. There was extensive interest in the advantages of ESPROS’ TOF and LiDAR imager chips for Advance Driver Assistance Systems. Distance imaging is key for ADAS and ESPROS chips are ideal for detection distances > 100m, offering ambient light suppression of up to 100,000 Lux.
