TOF & LiDAR Camera Design Engineer
as a team manager
Your responsibilities
- Technical, personal and administrative management of an interdisciplinary team, consisting of around a dozen experts in the disciplines optics, electronics, mechanics, MCU firmware and software, fail-safe design, etc.
- Development of camera modules, accessories, application software
- Supporting the design of manufacturing and test systems
- Responsible for the transfer of the design into production (NPI) and technical support for the ongoing production
- Feasibility studies for new applications
- Collaboration in the development of product specifications with customers
- Project management, planning, control and monitoring of development activities from concept to series production
- Active personnel development with the aim of leading a harmonious team, hungry for success
Your capabilities
- Degree in electrical engineering, photonics or applied physics
- Very good knowledge of the industrial application of optoelectronics, high performance microcontrollers, image processing and applied algorithms
- Several years of experience as a successful design engineer of optical sensors of various kinds
- Several years of experience as a group leader and project manager
- Determination, ability to work in a team and enjoyment of interdisciplinary tasks
- ESPROS is fast moving, thus quick comprehension and recognition of connections
- Initiative, flexible, resilient and endlessly positive thinking
