Your responsibilities

  • Sales acquisition in the applicable markets
  • Identify and explore sales channels and multipliers
  • Maintain the customer base
  • Define product specifications
  • Negotiate design and manufacturing agreements with customers
  • Manage the sales and product management team of the business unit
  • Represent ESPROS in the application market
  • Provide market data
  • Collaborate in guiding product and technology development
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns with press releases, exhibitions, congresses, sales meetings, road shows, seminars and the like
  • Act as the interface between customers and internal departments
  • Provide product and application documentation like data sheets, flyers etc.
  • Plan and execute product training
  • Manage type approval projects
  • Product life-cycle management
  • Technology monitoring
  • Responsible for the sales budget in terms of planning and achievement
  • Manage the CRM module

Your skills

  • Solid technical education at university level with additional sales and marketing study
  • Well established acquisition skills
  • Experience in sales with OEMs
  • Proven endurance to achieve (sales) success
  • Several years of management experience
  • Success-hungry, self-driven, flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Solid negotiation skills in English and German
